Raghuvir Synthetics Ltd. to Appoint Two New Independent Directors

Raghuvir Synthetics Ltd. has announced an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Saturday, 25th April, 2026 at 12.30 P.M. The agenda of the meeting includes the appointment of Mr. Aayush Kamleshbhai Shah and Mrs. Ankita Vivekkumar Shah as Non-Executive and Independent Directors. Mr. Shah is proposed to be appointed for a term of five years from 06th February, 2026 to 05th February, 2031, and Mrs. Shah's appointment is also for a term of five years. Both directors have submitted their declarations of independence as per the requirements.
