Tacent Projects Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons and Their Immediate Relatives

Tacent Projects Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The trading window will remain closed from 01st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting for the approval of the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
