(JTJ-SA) Section of Salem Division of Southern Railway', is worth Rs 145,34,66,865.48 including applicable taxes. This is a normal course of business for the company and the project is to be executed within 540 days. The project details and consideration amount are in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023.
