RailTel FY26 Revenue ₹4,277.48 Cr, PBT ₹469.58 Cr; Recommends ₹1.25 Div

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. For FY26, the company reported a revenue from operations of ₹4,277.48 Crores and a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₹469.58 Crores. For the fourth quarter of FY26, revenue from operations was ₹1,668.86 Crores and PBT was ₹189.97 Crores. The Board also recommended a final dividend of ₹1.25 per share (12.5% of paid-up share capital) for FY2025-26. This final dividend is in addition to the interim dividends of ₹2 per share already paid, bringing the total dividend for FY26 to ₹3.25 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The Statutory Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
