RailTel Receives ₹13.6 Cr LoI for DigiThane Platform

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Thane Municipal Corporation to act as the Technology Partner for the Development, Upgradation, Implementation, Operation, and Maintenance of the DigiThane Citizen Engagement Platform. This contract is for a period of 10 years, with an estimated order size of ₹13,60,00,000 (including tax). The execution period for this order is until June 28, 2036. The company has confirmed no promoter interest in the awarding entity and that the transaction is not a related party transaction. The LoI was received on June 29, 2026.
