RailTel Secures ₹197.18 Cr Order from SBI for Telecom Services

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. has received a significant Purchase Order from the State Bank of India (SBI) for the continuation of MPLS Links to SBI Data Centers, Disaster Recovery sites, and branches, along with P2P links across India. This order is for a period of 5 years, effective from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031. The estimated size of the order, excluding tax, is ₹1,97,17,77,622 (approximately ₹197.18 Crore). This contract falls under the telecom nature and is awarded by a domestic entity. Neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in SBI, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
