Rainbow Children's Medicare Acquires 64% Stake in Super Prime Medical Care for ₹19.84 Cr

Rainbow Children's Medicare Ltd has entered into a Partnership Interest and Contribution Transfer Agreement (PICTA) to acquire a 64% partnership interest in Super Prime Medical Care LLP for ₹19.84 Crore. This acquisition will make the LLP a subsidiary of Rainbow Children's Medicare. The acquired entity operates a 70-bed children's hospital in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, with an unaudited provisional turnover of ₹9.44 Crore for FY26. The company plans to augment the hospital's capacity by approximately 30 beds and expand its gynaecology, obstetrics, and perinatal services. This move is expected to strengthen the company's operations and its Hub and Spoke model in Andhra Pradesh.
