Rainbow Children's Medicare Appoints Sudarshan Patodia as CFO

Rainbow Children's Medicare Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Sudarshan Patodia as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective September 23, 2026. He has also been designated as Group Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Patodia brings nearly two decades of finance experience across healthcare, retail, and FMCG sectors, having previously served as CFO of New Delhi Centre for Sight Limited and in senior finance roles at Vishal Mega Mart and ITC Limited. The Board of Directors also approved amendments to the company's Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events/Information.
