Rainbow Children's Medicare: Dr. Ramesh Kancharla Re-appointed CMD

Rainbow Children's Medicare Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Dr. Ramesh Kancharla as Chairman and Managing Director for five years, from August 11, 2026, to August 10, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the re-appointment of Dr. Dinesh Kumar Chirla as Whole Time Director for a similar term, and Mr. Santanu Mukherjee as an Independent Director for a second term of five years. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹3.5 per equity share and fixed July 21, 2026, as the record date for the dividend and AGM.
