Rainbow Children's Medicare: Final Dividend of ₹3.5 Approved

Rainbow Children's Medicare Ltd's board approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of ₹3.5 per equity share (35%) subject to shareholder approval at the AGM scheduled for July 29, 2026. The record date for the dividend and AGM is set for July 21, 2026.
