Rainbow Foundations Ltd Approves All Resolutions at AGM

Rainbow Foundations Ltd held its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, where all proposed resolutions were considered and approved by the members. Key approvals included the adoption of financial statements, the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, and the appointment of Mr. Nitesh Jain as Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer.
