Raj Oil Mills Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Raj Oil Mills Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading in Securities by the Designated persons and their immediate relatives under the Securities and Exchanges Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended. The date of the Board meeting will be intimated in due course.
