Raj Packaging Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Raj Packaging Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for transactions in shares of the company. The closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all other concerned persons from Thursday, January 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the aforementioned period will be intimated in due course.
