Raj Packaging Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Raj Packaging Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all other concerned persons. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
