Raja Bahadur Intl Board Approves Audited Results, Reappointments

Raja Bahadur International Ltd's board meeting on May 26, 2026, approved the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Shridhar Pittie as Chairman & Managing Director for three years, subject to shareholder approval.
