Rajasthan Securities Ltd. Announces EGM for Appointment of New Independent Director and Ratification of PCA Certificate

Rajasthan Securities Ltd. (formerly known as Rajasthan Gases Limited) has called for an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Tuesday, January 06, 2026, at 02.00 P.M. The meeting will be held through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means. The EGM will transact two special businesses: the appointment of Mr. Jiteshkumar Narsingdas Agrawal as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years, and the ratification of the detailed PCA Certificate in relation to the name change already approved by BSE. The cut-off date for ascertaining the names of the members holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialised form is Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
