Rajasthan Securities Ltd Schedules Board Meeting to Approve Q3 Results and Other Matters

Rajasthan Securities Ltd has informed the BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on 13th February 2026 to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The meeting will also consider any other subject with the approval of the Chairman. The trading window for the company's shares has been closed since 1st January 2026 and will reopen on 16th February 2026.
