Rajasthan Tube Mfg. Fixes 40th AGM Date, Appoints New Company Secretary

Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Company Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 7, 2026, has fixed the date, time, and venue for its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 30, 2026. The Board also approved the annual report and related documents for FY26. Key management changes include the appointment of Ms. Mahima Soni as the new Company Secretary, effective September 7, 2026, and the acceptance of resignations from Mr. Saurabh Priyadarshi (Company Secretary) and Mr. Mahendra Soni (Director). The appointment of M/s. Prachi Bansal & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years was also approved, subject to member approval.
