Rajdarshan Industries Reappoints Internal Auditor for FY27

Rajdarshan Industries Ltd re-appointed Mr. Anil Jain, Partner of M/s Jain Mandowara & Associates, as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 26, 2026. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from Statutory Auditors M/s. Ajay Paliwal & Co. Additionally, the company announced the opening of a new administrative office in Udaipur, effective June 1, 2026.
