Rajesh Power Services Ltd Receives Letter of Intent for 65 MW / 130 MWh Standalone Battery Energy Storage System from GUVNL

Rajesh Power Services Ltd has received a Letter of Intent from Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) for the development of a 65 MW / 130 MWh Standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) at Virpore in Gujarat. The project is under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (Phase -VII) with Viability Gap Funding supported through Power System Development Fund (PSDF). The project is subject to the execution of Battery Energy Storage Purchase Agreement (BESPA) and regulatory approvals. The project is a part of the 2000 MW / 4000MWh BESS in Gujarat.
