Rajesh Power Services Ltd Receives Orders from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd for Turnkey Projects Worth Rs. 921.89 Crores

Rajesh Power Services Ltd has announced the receipt of orders from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (UGVCL) for Turnkey projects. The projects involve the conversion of existing 11kV HT overhead networks into underground cable systems and the installation of 11kV Medium Voltage Covered Conductors (MVCC) across multiple locations in Gujarat. The total worth of these orders is Rs. 921.89 Crores, inclusive of taxes. This announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
