Rajkamal Synthetics Board Meeting on Aug 13 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Rajkamal Synthetics Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 13, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report. The company also informed that the trading window for the aforementioned quarter will be closed from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
