Vikesh Lunawar, promoter of Rajnandini Fashion India Ltd, has acquired 56,000 equity shares through an open market transaction on June 19, 2026. This acquisition increases his total shareholding to 71,54,300 equity shares, representing 68.99% of the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital.
