Rajnandini Fashion India Ltd has submitted its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. The report includes the audited financial statements, Directors' Report, Management Discussion and Analysis, Corporate Governance Report, and Auditor's Report.
