Rajoo Engineers Announces 39th AGM on September 29, 2026

Rajoo Engineers Ltd has announced its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the company's registered office in Rajkot, Gujarat. The meeting agenda includes the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the declaration of a final dividend of ₹0.15 per equity share. Additionally, the AGM will address the re-appointment of two directors retiring by rotation, Ms. Khushboo Chandrakant Doshi and Mr. Utsav Kishorbhai Doshi, and the appointment of Mr. Sunil Jain as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. The ratification of the Cost Auditor's remuneration for FY 2026-27 is also on the agenda.
