Rajoo Engineers Appoints Mrs. Hetal Dobariya as Independent Director

Rajoo Engineers Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Hetal Bhavesh Dobariya as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 01, 2026. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Dobariya, a postgraduate in Law and Commerce and an Advocate with the Bar Council of Gujarat, brings experience in law, education, and financial services. She is not related to any existing director and is not debarred from holding a directorship. Her term is for five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval.
