Rajputana Investment and Finance Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 27, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider the re-appointment of Mr. R Sreenivasan as internal auditor for FY 2026-27, record director's interest disclosures, note confirmations from directors under Section 164(2) of the Company Act 2013, and consider the declaration by independent directors.
