Rajputana Stainless Holds 35th AGM via VCM

Rajputana Stainless Limited conducted its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 23, 2026, through Video Conference (VCM). The meeting, chaired by Shri Shankarlal Deepchand Mehta, transacted businesses as per the notice dated August 12, 2026. Key resolutions included the adoption of audited financial statements for FY26, declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share, re-appointment of a director, and re-appointment of statutory auditors for five years. The company also ratified the remuneration for its cost auditor. Due to technical issues, the meeting commenced late. E-voting facilities were provided to members.
