Rallis India FY26 Revenue up 9% to ₹2,897 Cr; Highest-ever EBITDA ₹362 Cr

Rallis India Limited announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. For FY26, revenue grew 9% to ₹2,897 crore, up from ₹2,663 crore in the previous year. The company reported its highest-ever EBITDA of ₹362 crore, with improved EBITDA margins of 12.5%. Profit After Tax (PAT) for FY26 stood at ₹184 crore, a significant increase from ₹125 crore in the prior year. This performance was driven by broad-based growth across Crop Care, Seeds, and B2B businesses, along with cost optimization initiatives. For Q4 FY26, revenue was ₹456 crore, a 6% year-on-year increase, supported by 5% volume growth and 1% price growth. The quarter saw mixed demand, with Crop Care growing 5% and Seeds growing 23%. The company launched new insecticide and seed products, and focused on digital initiatives.
