Ram Ratna Wires Acquires 100% of Epavo Electricals, Invests ₹50 Cr in Rajasthan Land

Ram Ratna Wires Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of an additional 50% stake in Epavo Electricals Private Limited from Epack Durable Limited, making Epavo a wholly-owned subsidiary. The company also approved an investment of up to ₹50 Crores for land acquisition in Rajasthan for future expansion. These decisions were made during a board meeting held on October 29, 2026, where the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, were also approved. The financial results were reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and accompanied by a Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors.
