Ram Ratna Wires Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window effective July 01, 2026. This closure is in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
