RAM RATNA WIRES LTD. Executes Deed of Amendment for Equal Ownership in JV Company

RAM RATNA WIRES LTD. (RRWL) has executed a Deed of Amendment on September 30, 2024 to alter certain clauses of the original Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with EPACK Durable Limited (EPACK). The purpose of the amendment is to have equal ownership and rights in the Joint Venture Company (JV Company), Epavo Electricals Private Limited (Epavo). The JV Partners, RRWL and EPACK, will hold equal shareholding, responsibilities, and rights in the JV Company, including the right to appoint equal number of directors on the Board / Committee(s) of Epavo. The Board / Committee(s) of Epavo will be chaired by a nominated director of RRWL, without having a casting vote. No Major Board Decisions will be taken without the affirmative vote of at least one (1) RRWL Nominated Director and one (1) EPACK Nominated Director. The number of shareholders of the JV Company will be equally represented by RRWL and EPACK.
