Rama Petrochemicals: Director Nilanjana Ramsinghani Re-appointed

The re-appointment was approved by the members through a remote e-voting process. Mrs. Ramsinghani, who holds an MBA, brings over forty-one years of experience in business and international trade, having managed trading houses in the Middle East and USA. She is a Non-Executive Director and Woman Director. The results of the AGM were announced on August 7, 2026, following the conclusion of the remote e-voting on August 5, 2026. Mrs. Ramsinghani is not related to any other directors, except Mr. Haresh Ramsinghani (Managing Director), and is not debarred from holding a director's office.
