This acquisition, made on April 13, 2026, was executed through a preferential allotment. The newly acquired shares represent a 5.36% stake in Rama Petrochemicals. Following this transaction, the total shareholding of Rainbow Agri Industries Limited and its PACs in Rama Petrochemicals Limited has increased to 1,05,29,152 shares, representing 68.28% of the company's total diluted share capital.
