Rama Steel Tubes Limited (RSTL) has announced its consolidated financial results for Q4FY25, reporting a 6.94% increase in sales volume compared to Q3FY25. The company's total revenue, including other income, stands at 2944.40 INR MN. RSTL has also diversified its business by incorporating a wholly-owned subsidiary, Rama Defence Private Limited, to carry out business in the defence sector. The company has invested in Bigwin Buildsys Coated Private Limited and Oram Green Energy Limited, which have become associates of RSTL. The company has exited its joint venture with Pir Panchal Constructions Private Limited-JV (AOP) as of April 09, 2025. The management expressed satisfaction with the steady growth in volumes and improved profitability.
