Furthermore, the Board sanctioned a preferential issue of up to 280 million equity shares at ₹5 each, totaling ₹140 Cr, to promoter/non-promoter categories. An additional preferential issue of up to 332.8 million equity shares at ₹5 each, amounting to ₹166.40 Cr, will be made to the non-promoter category via share swap for acquiring a 21.62% stake in Automech Holding Group. Lastly, the Board approved issuing up to 80 million convertible warrants at ₹5 each, aggregating ₹40 Cr, to the promoter category on a preferential basis.
