Ramco Industries Re-appoints Ajay Bhaskar Baliga as Independent Director

The shareholders approved this re-appointment via a special resolution passed through a postal ballot process concluded on July 5, 2026. Shri Baliga, a Chemical Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the Alcobev industry, will continue in his role, not liable to retire by rotation. His expertise spans management, strategy, global supply chain solutions, and manufacturing operations.
