Ramgopal Polytex Ltd has been informed by its statutory auditors, Rungta Agarwal and Associates (formerly Shanker and Kapani), of a change in the firm's legal constitution. Effective September 9, 2026, the firm will transition from a Partnership Firm to a Proprietorship Firm. This change is due to the resignation of CA Pawan Kumar Rungta as a partner. CA Shivratan Krishnakumar Agarwal will continue the audit practice as a sole proprietor under the same firm name.
