Raminfo Board Recommends New Auditors for 5 Years

Raminfo Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, considered and recommended the appointment of M/s. Dhanunjaya & Haranath as the new Statutory Auditors. This appointment is subject to member approval at the upcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 24, 2026. The new auditors will serve for a period of five consecutive years, replacing the retiring auditors M/s. Akasam & Associates. The board also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
