Raminfo Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q1 2026

Raminfo Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives, and all Connected Persons. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, and will last until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited standalone & consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of these results will be announced later.
