Raminfo Ltd Reconstitutes Audit Committee: Mrs. Sunita Choudhary Appointed as Chairperson

Raminfo Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee through a circular resolution passed on February 27, 2026. The new committee comprises Mrs. Sunita Choudhary as the Non-Executive-Independent Director and Chairperson, Mr. Gangaram Aloria as the Non-Executive-Non-Independent Director, and Mrs. Chadalawada Renuka Rani as the Non-Executive-Independent Director. This reconstitution is in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
