Ramkrishna Forgings: 1,000 Equity Shares Transferred Under ESOP 2023

Ramkrishna Forgings Limited has announced the transfer of 1,000 equity shares to an employee under the RKF Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023. The transfer was approved by the Ramkrishna Forgings Limited Employee Welfare Trust (ESOP Trust). Each share has a face value of Rs. 2/-. The exercise price per share was Rs. 556/-, with a premium of Rs. 554/- per equity share. The shares are identical in all respects and rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
