Ramky Infra Board Approves Unaudited Results, Director Re-appointments

Ramky Infrastructure Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 10, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also recommended the re-appointment of Dr. Anantapuram Guggela Ravindranath Reddy as a Non-Executive Director and Mr. Eshwar Reddy Purmandla as an Independent Director for a second term. Additionally, the re-appointment of Mr. Yancharla Rathnakara Nagaraja as Managing Director was approved. The notice for the 32nd Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 were also approved.
