Ramky Infrastructure Ltd. Approves Acquisition in Water and Waste Water Management

Ramky Infrastructure Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of a company operating in the space of water and waste water management and urban infrastructure solutions. This acquisition is expected to expand Ramky's presence in the areas of Water and Waste Water (WWW) Management and Urban Infrastructure Solutions. The Board committee has been authorized to execute the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) and other allied agreements.
