Rander Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from January 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the communication of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2025 to the Stock Exchange. All directors, designated persons, and other persons of the company have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the company during this period.
