Rane Holdings Allots 5.15 Lakh Shares in ZF JV

Rane Holdings Ltd has allotted 5,15,954 equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up to itself, pursuant to a rights issue in its joint venture, ZF LIFETEC Rane Automotive India Private Limited. This allotment follows a previous intimation dated October 22, 2026. Despite this rights issue, Rane Holdings' equity holding in the JV remains at 49%. The company has made this disclosure in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
