Rane Holdings Invests Rs. 50 Crores in Wholly Owned Subsidiary Rane Steering Systems

Rane Holdings Ltd. has invested Rs. 50 Crores in its wholly owned subsidiary, Rane Steering Systems Private Limited (RSSL). The investment was made through the allotment of 20,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up to the Company on a rights basis. This investment does not change the shareholding percentage of the Company in RSSL. RSSL is engaged in the manufacturing of Steering Columns and has a paid-up share capital of Rs. 19.90 Crores with a turnover of Rs. 1,706.33 Crores as of March 31, 2025. The transaction is at arm's length and the issue price is based on a valuation report obtained from a registered valuer.
