Ranjeet Mechatronics Appoints SCS & CO. LLP as Secretarial Auditor

Ranjeet Mechatronics Ltd has announced a change in its secretarial auditor. M/s. Riddhi Khaneja & Associates have resigned from their position as Secretarial Auditors for the Financial Year 2025-26, effective July 31, 2026, due to a voluntary decision to step down. The Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 31, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. SCS & CO. LLP, Ahmedabad, as the new Secretarial Auditors for the same financial year. The board meeting commenced at 5:30 PM and concluded at 6:00 PM.
