Ranjit Securities Board Meeting on Aug 14 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Ranjit Securities Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. The meeting will also address the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) arrangements, including deciding its date, time, and venue, and approving the AGM notice and Board Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the board will fix the closure dates for the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books, and the cut-off date for remote e-voting and AGM voting, as well as consider the appointment of scrutinizers for the AGM.
