Ranjit Securities Ltd has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM at its registered office in Indore. The meeting agenda includes approving the appointment of M/s. B. Bansal & Company as statutory auditors to fill a casual vacancy and for the financial years 2026-27 to 2030-31. Additionally, the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, will be presented for adoption. Mr. Ranjeet Singh Hora is also slated for re-appointment as a director retiring by rotation.
